Community Voices: Come ride the Amtrak Borealis train

Thanks to Commissioner Ortega for sharing info on the new daily train between St. Paul and Chicago. I too look forward to riding it on my next travel. I am sure it will be as enjoyable as the Empire Builder. I take issue with the numbers presented where he indicates the train will replace 580,000 car miles annually. That equates to only 4 one-way daily trips between St. Paul and Chicago for each of the 365 days. Maybe Commissioner Ortega would like to revise that number or further clarify what this data attempts to present.
