The “Muscle Car Party of the Year,” the Street Machine Summer Nationals, rolls into the Minnesota State Fairgrounds in St. Paul (1265 Snelling Ave. N.) July 16-18. The festival is a celebration of horsepower that draws some of the most unique muscle cars in the world.
