Lowertown Sounds announces 2024 lineup

Lowertown Sounds, the free Thursday night outdoor music series in downtown St. Paul’s Mears Park, announced their 2024 lineup last month. This year’s lineup features different artists every Thursday starting June 6, except for July 4.

The 2024 series kicks off June 6 with Dan Israel the headliner. Other artists this year include The New Standards on June 20, Rogue Valley on July 25, Salsa del So on August 22 and the final show of the season featuring Dan Rodriguez on August 29.

The homegrown series features live, local music, local food trucks and Minnesota-made beer and wine. Shows run from 6–9:30 p.m. on Thursday nights from June through August, featuring musical genres ranging from rock and bluegrass to hip-hop and salsa.
