Engagement Committee seeking members
We’re seeking volunteers to join our Community Engagement Committee. The committee is responsible for programs, spaces, and events related to community outreach, safety, recreation, the arts and the environment. Committee members typically meet in-person the fourth Monday of each month from 7 – 8:30 p.m.

Outdoor movie and pizza on July 10
Outdoor fun, free pizza and sambusas, and a movie (The Parent Trap) on Thursday, July 10 at Sibley Manor Apartments presented by St. Paul Parks and Recreation and Highland District Council. Activities and food begin at 6:30 p.m. The movie begins at dusk. Bring a blanket or lawn chair for viewing.
Weather-related updates will be posted on HDC’s Facebook page by 4 p.m. the day of the event.
Airport noise feedback session on July 29
The Metropolitan Airport Commission (MAC) Noise Oversight Committee will hold their quarterly listening session on Tuesday, July 29 from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Highland Park Community Center. Reminder that phase 2 of the runway construction project at MSP Airport is scheduled for August 18 to September 26.
