The Good Making of Good Things: Craft Horizons Magazine, 1941-1979: The Minnesota Museum of American Art and the American Craft Council are collaborating to present “The Good Making of Good Things,” a history of the American craft movement, drawn from the field’s publication of record, Craft Horizons, and a selection of studio craft from the M’s collection. Works in wood, metal, fiber, ceramics, glass — beautiful mid-century pieces alongside works by makers moving craft forward today.
