STAR Grant Process Begins

Both Neighborhood STAR and Cultural STAR granting processes are underway.
The Neighborhood STAR Program provides low-interest loans and grants for capital/bricks & mortar improvement projects within the City of St. Paul. It is a great opportunity to pursue “gap” financing, potentially a mixture of grant and loan funds, to move forward on projects.
Online applications will open Jan. 31, with a deadline of Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at 4 p.m. Learn more at stpaul.gov/neighborhood-star.
The Cultural STAR Program supports the arts and cultural sector to promote economic vitality in St. Paul. Organizations and artists are encouraged to apply for 2020 Round One funding for projects taking place between July 1, 2020 and June 30, 2021. Applications are due Friday, February 28 at 4 p.m. Learn more at stpaul.gov/CulturalSTAR.
