St. Paul updates bicycle plan

Staff from the City of St. Paul are in the process of updating their original 2015 bicycle plan. The proposed update calls for increasing separated bikeways, planning for new routes and greater emphasis on operations, maintenance and funding of the bikeway system. The Department of Public Works is asking for comments on the draft plan through June 30.
