Northern Spark art festival says goodbye
On Saturday, June 10, 2023, the Northern Spark festival hosted its final event after 12 years. Their final program. A Night With the River, was more subdued than previous years, offering attendees a chance to reflect on the past decade-plus of events. Art projects were staged in Upper Landing Park for the evening for attendees to interact with. Starting in 2011, the Northern Spark festival has historically been a raucous, all-night affair, alternating between locations in St. Paul and Minneapolis.
