Northern Lights.mn’s final program, A Night on the River

Northern Lights.mn will host their final late-night art festival Saturday, June 10 from 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m at Upper Landing Park. In contrast to the energetic flurry of past Northern Spark festivals, this final event invites you to slow down and spend a quiet evening of collective listening and remembering.
