March Pause For Garbage Cart Changes
Residents with the citywide garbage program will temporarily not be able to change their current garbage cart size or service level between March 1 and April 1.
This pause is needed as the city transitions services to the new garbage haulers FCC Environmental and the City of St. Paul on April 1. Recycling cart changes may still be made in the month of March.
Residents can contact the city to make garbage cart changes after April 1 at 651-266-6101 or use the online form at stpaul.gov/garbage.
