Final River Balcony Plans available

The Great River Passage Conservancy recently released their final design for the River Balcony project, which would span a considerable portion of St. Paul’s stretch of the Mississippi River. The next step will consist of a six-month transition period to create a governance structure, define partner roles and responsibilities, develop a finance strategy and evaluate potential project phases.
