West Fest on 7th returns for a full weekend of neighborhood festivities Sept. 12-13 at 398 W. Superior St. in St. Paul. The two-day community celebration runs from 5-9 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday, giving visitors two opportunities to take part in the annual West 7th gathering. Organizers are planning activities across both days and will sell raffle tickets throughout the festival, with the drawing held at the end of the weekend. Each raffle ticket offers eight chances to win. St. Paul-based band The Goombas is also scheduled to perform during Saturday’s festivities.
