Dvořák’s New World at 130: Minnesota Commemorates his 1893 Visit

In September 1893, Antonín Dvořák and his family visited C.S.P.S. Hall, 383 W. Michigan St. in St. Paul, as part of their summer vacation spent in the Czech-speaking town of Spillville, Iowa, which provided a welcomed respite from his work at the National Conservatory of Music in New York City.
