2024-2025 St. Paul Youth Commission applications available
The City of St. Paul is looking for its next cohort to lead the St. Paul Youth Commision. Applications are due by August 18.
Established in 2006, the St. Paul Youth Commission is where young people learn to enhance their civic leadership, work in partnership with elected officials and stakeholders, represent their peers,and advocate for youth voice in decision making. Ensuring St. Paul is a city that works for all of us.
To be eligible for the Youth Commission, youth must: Live in St. Paul, be in 9th-12th grade while serving on the Commission, commit 6-10 hours a month during the school year and have a desire to make St. Paul the best city to live and thrive.
This school year commitment meets every other week and is a great opportunity to make a difference in the community they live in, meet other students with similar interests and grow leadership skills. Dinner and transportation is provided and a $400 stipend at the end of the year.
