March 17, noon. Downtown St. Paul.  Greatest St. Patrick’s Day Parade in the nation! The parade starts at Rice Park (5th St & Market St) and ends near Mears Park (5th St & Sibley St), traveling along 5th Street. March 17, 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Mancini’s Char House. The Blarney-Stones, has a large repertoire of well-loved traditional songs and tunes. These are drawn from a broad selection of Irish, Scottish and Australian material. Blarney Stone’s sound is authentic, and refreshingly irreverent with a high level of audience participation encouraged. .
