The St. Paul City Council will hold a public hearing on proposed Zoning Code and Zoning Map amendments, as well as other changes to the Legislative Code regarding additional zoning flexibility to support greater housing diversity in residential zoning districts, on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at 3:30 p.m at St. Paul City Hall.  

Proposed amendments include new residential zoning districts to replace existing one-family districts, adding two-family districts, townhouse districts and lower-density planned development districts, along with new standards regulating lot area, height, setbacks and lot coverage, among others.
