Community Conversations are a chance to get together and talk about the issues affecting the city and for Councilmember Noecker to answer any questions you might have. On the 29th, she will be joined by Russ Stark, Chief Resilience Officer, to discuss the future of sustainability in Saint Paul. This will take place virtually using Microsoft Teams.
