Brianna Trinidad Sprung, new West 7th Library manager

Hello West 7th Community!

My name is Brianna Trinidad Sprung, and I am the new Library  Manager for the West 7th Library. If you’ve visited West 7th Library recently we may have met  already.
I have worked for St. Paul Public Library for seven years, and most recently I worked as the  children’s specialist at the Rice Street Library. I am so excited to be working in the West 7th neighborhood and am looking forward to starting up programming for youth and families again.
When I am not working at the library, I enjoy playing with my young daughter, cross-stitching  and trying to get outdoors with my family as much as possible. Thank you all for being so  welcoming. I am looking forward to getting to know you all better.
One perfect opportunity to visit is when West 7th Library will host Clowning with Cahoot on April 4 from noon to 2 p.m. Clowning with Cahoot, where kids  can discover the joy of developing their own clown characters to perform, is one of several events St. Paul Public Library is hosting for kids during schools’ spring break week. Visit sppl.org/events for additional spring break events.
Family Storytimes are starting up at West 7th Library in April too. Starting Tuesday, April 11th,  we will have a storytime at a special time: 10:30-11:30 am. Join us in the Community Center  gym to read books, sing songs and play together before the library opens. Stop by the library  after the program ends to check out books. If you haven’t been by West 7th Library in a while,  now is a great time to come back. Welcome!
