Saint Paul Citywide Voter Education Night

St. Paul residents can practice the voting process, register to vote and get answers to election questions during a citywide Voter Education Night at participating St. Paul Public Library locations. Presented by the St. Paul City Council, St. Paul Public Library, League of Women Voters of St. Paul and Minnesota Secretary of State’s Office, the Constitution Day program is designed to make voting more understandable and approachable. Hands-on mock polling stations will allow participants to practice checking in, marking a sample ballot and casting it in a low-pressure setting. Attendees can also learn how to find trustworthy, nonpartisan election information, research candidates and ballot questions, request and return absentee ballots and develop a plan for voting.
