The Steger Homestead Kitchen Cookbook Brunch

Polar explorer Will Steger joins food writer Beth Dooley for a brunch event centered on “The Steger Homestead Kitchen Cookbook.” The conversation will explore recipes inspired by seasonal living, sustainability and Steger’s experiences traveling through some of the world’s most remote environments. Guests will enjoy a brunch buffet prepared by Lunds & Byerlys featuring recipes from the cookbook, including banana bread and Steger Wilderness Bars. Organizers say the event blends storytelling, food and environmental reflection while offering attendees an opportunity to hear directly from one of Minnesota’s best-known explorers and climate advocates.
