Planning Commission Seeks Transportation Committee Members

The St. Paul Planning Commission is seeking applications from interested residents, employees and business interests to serve on its Transportation Committee.

There are at least two openings being filled in Fall 2025. Applicants should either live or work in St. Paul, have an interest in transportation issues and generally be available for meetings that occur every-other Monday from 4:30-6:00 p.m. in City offices.

Applications will be reviewed starting September 29. The St. Paul Transportation Committee is a 12-member committee that shapes City, County and State transportation plans and projects located in St. Paul to ensure they further City goals and improve quality of life for all. They are seeking a variety of backgrounds and perspectives – transportation expertise is not a requirement.

More information about the Transportation Committee and the application can be found at stpaul.gov/departments/mayors-office/committees-boards-and-commissions.  Questions can be directed to Senior City Planner Emma Brown at 651-266-6657 or [email protected].
