“Mr. Positive” Retires after 40 years at Bridgeview School

“Mr. Positive” Carl Bentson, 61, was honored with a sumptuous Mancini’s dinner on March 18 for his 40 years of service at Bridgeview School. Nobody worked harder or was more faithful to his custodian job, agreed the 30 co-workers at the party. Benston’s best friend, Karen Koeppe, accompanied him to the legendary Steakhouse to celebrate his retirement and reminisce on his decades of work at the school.
