When did you first start your business/efforts in Highland Park?
Around 40 years ago
What was the inspiration for doing the work you do?
My family has been in the restaurant business for many generations, therefore I am inspired to continue the family’s tradition.
What’s your favorite thing about Highland Park?
When I first came to the U.S, I grew up in the Twin Cities. I attended/graduated from Highland Park Senior High School in 1995. Therefore I have known and admired the Highland Park area along with the people that live here.
