New Year’s Eve Tot Time Party – Featuring the Teddy Bear Band!Ring in the New Year early with a special celebration just for little ones! Enjoy lively music and fun with the Teddy Bear Band, followed by a cozy Story Time with our friends from the Highland Park Library. Kids are welcome to wear their pajamas and bring along their favorite teddy bear (we’ll have extras available too!).
