The Ramsey County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, on Thursday, Dec. 11, 2025 in the Council Chambers, third floor of St. Paul City Hall–Ramsey County Courthouse. This will be the final public hearing prior to board action on the budget. This public hearing will be conducted in order to afford the public an opportunity to comment on the proposed 2026–27 budget. Residents who wish to speak will have three minutes to give their testimony.
