Jewish Family Service of St. Paul’s (JFS) invites all who identify as women and are navigating the mid-life journey to join the popular Next Chapter for Women on Sunday, December 8 from 10:00-11:30AM at JFS at 1633 W. 7th Street in St Paul. The series is designed to help women re-imagine new possibilities for the future and take the first steps in moving forward. 

The topic for the December meeting will be “Time Travel: Exploring Your Younger and Future Self.” The group will explore what their younger and future selves would have to say as they navigate midlife. These parts of us often carry lots of wisdom and helpful information for us in life. Participants will learn how to access these parts and have a lively and supportive discussion about what they discover.
