Community Food and Essentials Drive to Support Local Seniors
November 17-25. 7:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. Shaller Family Sholom East Campus
In response to the ongoing food insecurities faced by many in our community, the Shaller Family Sholom East Campus is hosting a Food and Essentials Drive from November 17–25 to benefit residents of the Weinberg Apartments (affordable senior housing) and others in need during the holiday and winter season.

Community members are invited to drop off nonperishable food items, toiletries, and cold-weather accessories daily between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM at 740 Kay Avenue in St. Paul.
Suggested donations include canned goods, shelf-stable pantry staples, cereals, peanut butter, rice, personal care items, and new warm accessories such as hats, gloves, and socks.
“As we enter a season focused on gratitude and giving, this drive reflects Sholom’s values of compassion and community care,” said Colette Illarde, Volunteer Coordinator at Shaller Family Sholom East Campus. “Together, we can bring comfort and nourishment to those who need it most.”
