Our coffee chat lecture series will discuss the iconic Round Tower at Fort Snelling. Built in 1820, it was originally designed as a final line of defense for soldiers in case of attack. This lecture will discuss the many purposes the building has served over 200 years, including time as a hair salon, a private residence and a museum. Learn more at mnhs.org/events.
