Out of the Shadows Listening Forum

A facilitated listening forum brings together people experiencing homelessness, elected officials, service providers, neighborhood residents and community members to discuss the closure of homeless encampments in St. Paul. The program centers people directly affected by closures and includes brief panel remarks followed by moderated public discussion. The event is designed as a respectful community conversation rather than a formal public hearing.
