Vulcan Victory Torchlight Parade
January 31, 5:15–7:30 p.m. Downtown St. Paul. Free.
A St. Paul Winter Carnival highlight, the Torchlight Parade features illuminated floats, marching units, and fireworks following the parade. The route ends at Rice Park with the Vulcan Overthrow ceremony. Learn more at wintercarnival.com.
