Bring the heat to Lowertown! This event is free to attend with $5 wristbands available to sample and vote for your fave chili. Proceeds will go to a local non-profit! There will be live music, lawn games, beer and wine for purchase from Gambit Brewing and Lost Fox,and a chance to check out the newly opened St. Paul park!
