Saint Paul Winter Carnival starts January 24!

SAINT PAUL WINTER CARNIVAL 1/24-2/3 with city-wide special events and  activities. The majority of events will be held in downtown St. Paul in and around Kellogg Mall Park and Landmark Center, and at the State Fairgrounds, and includes Royal Coronation; Saintly City Cat Show; Pioneer Press Treasure Hunt; Securian Financial Winter Run; Parades; Vulcan Snow Park; Ice Palaces; Fancy Hotdish Competition; Winter Carnival Music Series; Ice Bars Kid’s Day; Family Day; Hops & Hounds.
