Recipe: Chocolate Fondue


  • 8 oz milk chocolate    
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt chocolate with heavy cream. Mix in other ingredients. Stir frequently until mixture is smooth. Serve warm with pretzels, marshmallows or fruit.

Crime in St. Paul is on the decline and has been for some time. Despite the positive trend, we must remain aware of crime in our neighborhood and work to create a safe place for our families and neighbors.
