St. Paul Public Library offers events to celebrate Black History Month, including notable authors, storytelling, African music, rap and hip-hop, film, genealogy and very cool jazz. The expanded offerings are made possible to Minnesota’s legacy amendment to foster and preserve the state’s arts and cultural heritage. Free and open to the public. Info: 651-266-7000 or sppl.org.
