The West 7th Community Center offers scholarships for adult learners who are residents, work or attend a postsecondary school in a West Seventh neighborhoods. Individuals selected receive grants between $1,000-$2,000. Grants must be used toward a certificate or degree granting postsecondary education, training program and/or expenses that enable the pursuit of education or training. for complete eligibility information, application and recommendation forms. Completed applications are due no later than February 26, 2010. These scholarships are funded from a surplus that remained after the closing of the Oneida Education Center that once operated in the West 7th area. The St. Paul Foundation currently manages these funds.

West 7th Crime Report
